Concept project
Northline Physio
A clinic site that answers the question people type.
Northline Physio is a physiotherapy clinic on Capitol Hill. This concept shows how I would organise a clinic site around what patients actually ask.
People rarely search for a treatment name. They search for “knee pain going down stairs” or “sore lower back after running”. So the site has one page for each common condition. Each page says what causes it, what a first visit looks like, and how to book.
The design is calm and clear. Contrast is strong, text is large and the booking button sits in the same place on every page. A patient who is in pain can find what they need in a few seconds.
